Who We Are
Awesomely Authentic is an inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility focused consulting company. We focus specifically on the experiences and journeys of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer (LGBTQ+) people and all the intersectionalities that make each person a great addition to a company. We offer one on one career coaching with professionals from high school graduates up to VP. Corporate services include DEI trainings to corporations (we are popular in smaller tech startups) and educational workshops at university/college campuses around the country. This summer we will begin Authentic U! An eight-week professional training course meant to give job and internship seekers a push forward towards their career goals!
What You’ll Do
• Handle social media engagement and strategy (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok)
• Copy edit articles
• Create flyers for events
• Search for leads and follow up
• Edit website
• Write articles on DEI best practices around all identities
• Host your own Live broadcast (optional)

Qualifications
• Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Knowledge of Canva or other design software
More Information
• Internship is 100% remote
• $10 per/hr and resume review/edit, career branding creation, LinkedIn revamp, career coaching.
• Hours per week: 5-15
• Start Date: September 6th
• End Date: December 3rd
